We will collect you from Carcassonne airport or station and whisk you back to settle into your suite. In the evening join us for canapés and cocktails before you go out for supper. We can advise on what to do and when, book restaurants and trips or just pile you up with dvds to watch. There will be wine and snacks in your kitchen, an ipod dock, flatscreen tv and dvd and free wireless internet access. On your last evening we will prepare and serve a delicious gourmet 4 course dinner made from the best local and seasonal foods accompanied by suitable matching local wines. Peter will bring you a fabulous breakfast every morning and take you back to the airport when it’s time to go. Perfect.
